Welcome to the National Student Survey 2012
January and February see the launch of the National Student Survey (NSS) 2012 at most Higher and Further Education institutions across the UK. Entering its eighth year, the NSS is your opportunity to give your opinions on what you liked about your time at your institution/course as well as things that you felt could have been improved.
Student feedback is used to compile year on year comparative data.
Results are publicly available to prospective students and advisors to help make informed choices of where and what to study
The survey is administered by Ipsos MORI, an independent market research agency.
Data from previous surveys are currently available on Unistats
From September 2012, the results will be publicly available through 'Key Information Sets' (KIS), which will be available on the web-sites of universities and colleges, on a new official web-site and on the redeveloped UCAS course search tool (Course Finder). For more information click here
Universities, students' unions or colleges also use results internally to facilitate best practice and enhance the student learning experience.
You and your answers remain anonymous at all times and your contact details are only used for the purpose of the survey.
