From 2pm onwards you can get access to King Georges Hall. It is important that the first thing you do is register with the Graduation team. Once you have registered and received your graduate ticket you are now free to collect your robe and get your photographs taken.
Registration takes place between 2pm and 6pm. Please keep your ticket safe as it has your seat number on it, you must sit in your allocated seat as this is the order you will be presented. You will be asked to hand this ticket back prior to crossing the stage.
